Your Role

As the Office Manager at Arktis, you will ensure smooth office operations, take on project management duties, and support logistics and procurement tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Overseeing the day-to-day management of the office, setting an example of professionalism and efficiency.
  • Supporting project management teams.
  • Overseeing invoicing, procurement, and managing vendors and suppliers.
  • Coordinating company events, meetings, and project logistics.
  • Managing marketing initiatives and our social media accounts.
  • Assisting in onboarding new employees and general HR-related activities.
  • Monitoring and managing office budget and expenditures.

 Who You Are

  • Experienced: Minimum 3-5 years in office management or a similar administrative role.
  • Bilingual: Fluent in English and German.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Organized & Resourceful: Flexible, autonomous organizer and problem-solver.
  • Communicator: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, comfortable in a multicultural environment.
  • Located: in the Greater Zurich Area and are holder of working permit B or C, or Swiss Passport.
